Our Cabernet Sauvignon grapes come from the Maule Valley. The harvest is handpicked and after a gentle crushing, the fermentation process begins with selected yeasts, at a temperature not higher than 28ºC. This allows us to produce young and vivacious mid bodied wine, with soft and mature tannins. Intensive presence of red fruits, cherries and blackberries.It is bottled young in order to keep all this characteristics, during its cellaring.
