Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is our goal, and we hope that you are happy with any purchase. If you do need to return an item the following is our return policy:

Any eligible purchase of unopened spirits and wines can be returned in store with a receipt within 14 days. We will refund the original price onto the credit card used for purchase, or issue in-store credit in the amount of the refund. Wines may not be returned after being chilled or heated excessively, and the condition of such is subject to verification by a store manager. If a bottle of wine is flawed or otherwise deemed unacceptable for consumption, we will replace the wine with an equal or equivalent bottle.
